Confidentiality No information on our candidates leaves our office without first talking with the candidate. When you call Don to discuss making a change in positions or just to be notified when something comes up that may interest you, you can be assured he will not compromise you in any way. He will not return a call to you without your permission to do so. Don's Qualifications Past president of rural and metropolitan banks. Twenty years of recruiting for the banking industry. Fees Our fees are paid by banks. What can you expect? Don notifies a candidate when positions come available that would be of interest to the candidate, based on the parameters the candidate sets: i.e. Salary requirements, bank and town size, geographical requirements. When Don has a position that would fit the parameters set by the candidate, the position is described in detail and the candidate can then choose to pursue it or not to do so. If the candidate does want to pursue the position, Don serves as the liaison between the candidate and the bank. Don arranges the interviews and thoroughly prepares the candidate for interviewing for the position. Our company reworks the candidate's resume to conform to a format our client banks are used to receiving from us and submits the resume to the bank at this time. Don follows through on each interview with feedback and negotiates the salary and benefits package for the candidate. Who are our clients? We work only in the midwest. We define the midwest as: Colorado to Indiana; and Minnesota to southern Arkansas. Our highest concentration of placements occurs in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas and Oklahoma. The range of bank sizes runs from de novo (brand new banks) to the largest midwestern holding companies. We have worked in towns as small as 500 population to the major metropolitan centers in the midwest. We work with family owned banks, community banks, and holding company (publicly held) institutions. |
